New data source BBVA for validation the ownership (IBAN) of spanish business partners

We propose integrating an external paid API that allows the validation of bank account ownership. This API verifies the owner of a bank account by requesting the IBAN, name, and tax identification number. The response confirms whether the provided details match the actual account owner, thereby enhancing fraud prevention measures.

This API will help us to verify the ownership of new spanish business partners which will be helpful against fraud attempts.
