Fraud Prevention: Show bank information

All APIs related to banking should show at least basic information about bank related to given IBAN. CDQ already fetches these data (e.g. for PL --> plewiba.xml). Right now if I will provide IBAN number that is not reported I get empty output which is super not intuitive.
Response should at least show me what bank this is so I can check if it correct.
