CDQ Data Quality as Service

When discussing Whitelist Uploads with the community, we discovered that there are a lot of public B2B registers (especially in eastern europe) providing verfied bank account information. This information is accepted by all community members and can significantly increase bank data overlap. Thus, the community provided a proposal. The upload of this bank data could be done by the whitelist upload app or an API. The only missing point would be the categorization into "Uploaded by customer" and "Uploaded by governmental source".
