CDQ Data Quality as Service

Hi,

there is a feature which is called "VIES & Finanzonline (AT.FON) Cache" as named "CDQ VAT Pool".

Every Lookup at VIES and Finanzonline (AT.FON) is saved by CDQ and will be updated daily. It is secured that all records in this CACHE are not older than 8 weeks.This Cache can be used for the “Lookup (ReferenceData API)” and for “Validation (Data Validation API)”.

Request 1 - VAT Pool as a new Data Source:

I want to be able to decide whether I want to use this data source. Therefore, I would also like to be able to see this "data source" under "Quota Management" and to be able to distinguish it as a result from "VIES" or "AT.Fon".

If VIES is technically not available, the Result in the lookup should be not as "VIES" but as "VIES (CDQ VAT Pool)", to vizualize the User, where the result is coming from.

Request 2 - new Feature to prioritize the External Call:

If I activate the "Force external call" feature today, the "CDQ VAT Pool" is ignored if VIES or AT.Fon is technically unavailable. This is a great pity, as there may be a usable result there. Due to the standard behaviour, the "VAT Pool" is looked up first. Accordingly, I would like to use the new feature mentioned here to trigger the "External Call" first and then check the VAT pool as a fallback if it is not available. This would be also helpful to update more frequent the Values in the VAT-Pool, because you are first making the "External Call".
