New Data Quality rules for "Status Checks", for all available integrated Data Sources at CDQ with Status information

To avoid customer confusion and save a lot of time, the "status check" for all available integrated data sources at CDQ, where the "Status Information is part of the lookup-response" should not only check if the "Identifier" is existent, it also should check the "Status" and issue an appropriate warning if the BP is "inactive".

Example: If you lookup a Belgian BP-Identifier "BE_ENT_NO" with ID=0883523807 you will get a lookup result with "Status = inactive". If you validate it, you will get "No-Defect" because the "existence check" was ok, but it does not check the "Status". The customer sees NO_DEFECTS in the validation even though the BP is inactive.

If CDQ is not upfront telling this to the Users, they are expecting a "Defect" and are assuming, that the BP is correct.
