CDQ Data Quality as Service

A VERY annoying case is when you have waited 2 hours to complete e.g. a validation job and only after inspecting the resultant report you learn that 50% findings are incomplete because of VIES quota timeout, wrong requestor ID, and, and, and....

Would be great to capture such events on the go and either pop-up a warning window (then at best combined with ability to cancel the running job) or at least signal after the job is done that such issues occurred (at best with the number of cases, may be just incidental 3 out of 20k)
