CDQ Data Quality as Service

As a user, I would like to have a way to get all available and usable data quality rules in one overview on one endpoint.

Use cases:

• I would integrate the endpoint in my dashboard tool to find out what new rules have been added/edited. I could also display this information in my catalogue for the respective countries in addition, in order to bring about better internal decision-making. "show me all Data quality relevant things for a certain country"

• If configuration decisions are to be made, I could also get the respective "URLs" of the rule via the API and use them for configuration.

I expect as an output the following Data:

• Country Scope

• Rule Category

• Violation Message

• Criticality

• Description

• URL

• releaseStatus: Released + Hypercare

• Creation Date

• Last edit Date

In the header we can add the "profile" and the respective "features", which would show the output and the active rules.
