Add NZ GST/IRD validation source

New Zealand business partners require for tax purposes the NZ GST / IRD (Inland Revenue Department) which is identical and has the format xxx-xxx-xxx.

Accordingt to our Tax Team for NZ the IRD can be validated online:

https://www.ird.govt.nz/digital-service-providers/services-catalogue/customer-and-account/ird-number-validation
