One note: we are not using the CIN as according to our Indian team the CIN is only applicable to Corporate businesses. They suggested to use the PAN (Permanent Account Number) as central Identification number as also Sole Proprietors ,LLPs, etc. would be required to obtain a PAN from tax authorities. The PAN can also be used to validate the GSTIN and vice versa to ensure consistency to state specific tax Ids.

The mentioned data source in the original request is not possible as there is no possibility to access the data.

Derivations between GST and PAN are already available and also rules for checking consistency (since already 2019 :) see e.g.
