As a user I would like that CDQ manages and balances CPU time fairly across customers, so that I don't need to wait several hours (7 in a recent example) to get the output of a job for a very small dataset if other CDQ customer(s) have submitted job(s) for massive amount of data just before.
How am I as a customer and APP user informed that currently there is a high CPU demand already present and that my planned report would take a longer time to be processed? Is there some dashboard? I this would be available I could plan then e.g. my reports accordingly.
