Adding headers (names) of the fields to | CDQ Data Quality as Service

Adding headers (names) of the fields to BP card in FTR.

Please consider adding Names of the address fields so that "Value" is replaced by "City", "Region" etc. in FTR. With the current setup, it is not super user friendly when a user performs manual validation of a Business Partners' data without seeing the name of the data field.

Especially, when the data in results doesn't match in 100% with the data in search, it would be easier to see what information is missing by having headers of the address data visible :)
