Add feature to normalize BP names

Certain registers provide names with capital casing and/or special characters.

This feature should:

  • Remove special characters from the local and international name

  • Normalize the legal form and append it at the right place (postfix for most countries)

  • Capitalize the first letter of each word and set the other letters to lower case (attention with languages like Korean where there is no lower case for a given character)

    • Data from the registers is provided as-is by the business partner lookup! No curation! This is one of the principles!

    • The name local in the golden record, respectively coming from data curation is always standardizing the legal form etc, if possible. It is the CDQ suggestion how to maintain the name best

      • e.g. Bayer AG (proposal) vs. Bayer Aktiengesellschaft (business register version)

    • In order to not run into situations like described in the comment above we always additionally provide the (original) registered name, this is also true for the golden record in the lookup.

    Plan: When fetching a dedicated record from the register, one can select if certain curation features should be applied

    Good afternoon, I do understand that every company is able to activate the features they want to use. Hence, no issue but just to consider in your assessment: we are intentionally not using the reverse normalisation of business partner names as some companies are registered in capital letters. We use the BP names as they are registered, e.g. if country trade register is providing only capitalised names, we are maintaining those accordingly.

    This feature could falsify correctly maintained business partner names as this normalisation mainly works for capitalisation of names but not the other way around (or only with a cross-check into the local register where you started from). Hence, applying this logic might be irreversible and if wrongly applied requires manual investigation and rework. Examples: IBM Deutschland GmbH (Ibm Deutschland GmbH would be wrong spelling) / ATOS GmbH (HRB 130007; District Court Munich) are also registered with capital letters (there are further "real" Atos GmbHs registered at other courts).

    Further: Local names must always contain special characters as these are used in local trade relations, e.g. Müller GmbH (local) vs. Mueller GmbH (int.)
    / Umlaut in Germany is a special character.
