CDQ Data Quality as Service

For the FTR use case a customer can decide which datsa source to be used for the lookup
1. BR.RF: updated monthly - no costs
2. BR.SINRF: online access - payable
Currently, a customer can use either BR.RF or BR.SINRF for the FTR use case.
If a customer has bought SintegraWS credits to use BR.SINRF. To reduce the costs incurred when only using BR.SINRF, a new process flow could be defined as follows
a) Check CNPJ identifier in BR.RF first
b) If CNPJ was not found in BR.RF, only then should BR.SINRF be used
