CDQ Data Quality as Service

Add a link in the "Manage Storage" screen to download the template users will need to upload/map data files for curation job.

Please see screenshot for hint/mock up. If this is not possible, or the template is unique to organization, then allow users to map fields in the upload file to the corresponding fields in CDQ.
