CDQ Data Quality as Service

It is not clearly visible which fields have been curated and which source has been used for certain information in the web app. This can make it hard to interpret results. E.g. in the attached picture if the street name is entered in the house number field it will be returned as such, even if the information is not a number. Also the thoroughfare value changes which is hard to understand if you don't know where the information is coming from (maybe a different data source was used etc.)

Suggestion: Indicate the source of information just like in the curation reports (maybe on hover or via click on a small info button next to the field in order to not overload the view).
