Use the Brazilian post as a reference for BR addresses

The post of Brazil offers a free of charge verification of addresses (single requests, online). Examples indicate that this would increase the quality level, especially for specialities like "KM 25", etc. Potentially there is an API to leverage the information.

    Unfortunately this is not possible with the interfaces that are provided as of today by correios.com. There is no API or data dump available that would allows us to integrate this in an automated way for batch use cases. Situation may change, but currently this won't do.
