Notification when jobs in apps are done

Would be helpful to receive an automatic email notification as soon as a batch job (data validation, curation, deduplication) is completed.

Messaging Service for VAT ID batch validation Merged

It could be better, if the CDQ has messaging service, which would publish a message as soon as the VAT ID validation is completed. It will avoid the multiple client calls to get job status.
