Thailand Inconsistency rule for TAX ID and Personal ID

Hello,

TetraPak proposed a Inconsistency rule for the Thailand Tax ID and Personal ID kind of similar to the one we have for SIRET & SIREN number in France. These ID´s have to be identical if both are given. This has been requested directly from the Thai colleagues of TetraPak.
