Hi - the Indian regions DD and DN are no longer valid:
Region IN-DD (State Code 25) and IN-DN (State Code 26) have been merged into Region IN-DH
Region code IN-DH has been mapped to State Code 26, hence, State Code 25 will no longer be available (as of now)
Note: for addresses the alphabetical region code must be used. The State Code must only be used for tax purposes and is used as prefix for the GSTIN. According to our tax department in India the GSTIN Prefix 25 is no longer valid and not to be used. SAP corrected their content for T005S in their S4 table content release, too.
Refer to ISO 3166 for India. CDQ still maintains these invalid region codes in your country - region list. https://www.iso.org/obp/ui/#iso:code:3166:IN

Deletion of Union territory IN-DD, IN-DN; ... |
This might have an impact to validation rules or data sources which still supply the outdated region codes or in the validation of GSTINs starting with state code 25.
Can you please check and confirm.
Thanks
