it would be helpful to see when a company has been de-registered from a commercial register, if such data is available. this would indicate that until that date the identifiers for instance have been correct, e.g. in the attached example the NO_ORGID and the VAT_ID_NO.

This would during a data curation lead potentially to a different action: identifiers would not be deleted as invalid form a BP record but kept, and the BP would be blocked or marked for deletion instead.

of course this result would need to be displayed in all related reports using the identifier data. Hope the category is correctly chosen.
