CDQ Data Quality as Service

Qualification is currently not possible for all countries.

If the profile WORLDWIDE_IDENTIFIER_QUALIFICATION is used, but an identifier can not be qualified, I as a user, must be information proactively about this. A validation message should therefore be returned in such cases (Warning?).
