Japanese addresses are often maintained in the street field due to the rules of the Japanes addressing system (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Japanese_addressing_system) this leads to low matching scores as CDQ expects values to be maintained as different attributes. The response from the external source should be put together according to this syntax rule before comparison (maybe offer a separate feature to decide wether all address information is in thoroughfare or in the respective other attributes locality, street, district, premise etc.).
