Add search function in Duplicate Matching Configurator Cloud App

Since there are a couple of customers with a lot of Duplicate Matching Configurations that they need on a frequent basis it could make sense to have a search bar implemented

    Here I would also propose to pin panel with Configuration name and buttons: "Download configuration as XML", "Save Changes", "Save as". Now if there is a change at the end of configuration, it is needed to scroll up through whole configuration. I found similar solution in Extended Data Quality Rules Management. There are rule name and two buttons - "Test rule" and "Save Changes"
