CDQ Data Quality as Service

As a user I would like to receive error messages that relate to the field descriptions in my system, so that I can clearly identify the source of an error (e.g. return "Street is missing" instead of "Thoroughfare is missing").

To do so, the validation configuration should be extended by a free text field "custom error message", that should then be applied. Mass aintenance for whole category groups (e.g. postal code missing for all countries) would make it easier to maintain these error messages.
