As a Master Data System Analyst, I would like to be able to import files in txt or csv format to the data mirror and to storages, to save repetitive manual steps.
In my company we are not going to build API integration with CDQ before one year, which means that during one year I have to refresh the data mirror manually.
I'm extracting the BP data SAP data with SQL Server Management Studio, and this software only allows to export to .txt or .csv. This means that every time, I need to open the extracts from Excel and convert them to Excel format.
Having the ability to import .txt or .csv files to the data mirror would eliminate this manual step and the risk associated with it (for instance, auto-conversion of text to numbers by Excel if I forget to specify that a given field should be "Text" type).

Hello Damian, I just tried from the app, and it worked. Thanks for your feedback! I was told long time ago that only xlsx format was working (or maybe I misunderstood...). You can then cancel this idea.

Hello Nicolas, we already support importing csv files into storages and data mirrors, both via API and in the app. Could you please try it out and confirm that it works for you as well?
