Implement "vanenav.net/vatcheck" as a Data Source for for Hungarian TAX Numbers and BP Information Merged

As we dont have a official source for hungarian tax numbers, this could be the first.

Our Client Schwarz checks hungarian tax numbers against this provider already.


The Hungarian TAX Numbers must not always be similar to the EU-VAT.
