Another one: Geocoordinates missing (Error level: Info, Scope: World), maybe introduce a new status "OPTIONAL" (additionally to RELEASED and HYPERCARE) for such general rules.

Make thoroughfare optional if PO Box is given Merged

If a PO Box is given, street should not be mandatory.
