CDQ Data Quality as Service

Hi,

when bank data is shared via the whitelist app and one error occurs all bank data is rejected. However, this will keep companies from sharing as they will fail over and over again while they send a file to CDQ beforeahand. Thus, the customer experience reduced while effort on CDQ side was also reduced. Not a very good trade off. Therefore, a delta upload and the acceptance of records without errors should be enabled.
