CDQ Data Quality as Service

For BP Updates, the "date of change" of when the data has changed in an external data source (where available) is very usual information to add to our BP update data model.

This will ensure that we can consume the very latest change if there are changes coming for more than 1 external source.

In the FR.RC source a change date for the SIREN number is available.

Please check if other external sources also provide such information and add this in where available.
