Hi Team,
as a User i wish, that i can configure a defined "Workspace" on Account level or that my last worked in "workspace" is remembered and active if i login again later.
Currently Users of one of our Customers struggle to always choose the right Workspace before they start to do anything. It happened that changes were made in the wrong workgroup. The pain is that there should be a possibility to define preselected workspaces for accounts.
Accordingly, the following options are feasible:
- The last used workspace is "remembered" and therefore selected the next time the user logs in, as long as the user is changing the Workspace. If the user selects a different workspace, this overwrites the previously selected workspace and would be the active workspace after a later login.
OR
- A user with "User Management App" authorisation can select "default" workspaces at the account level, which would be actively selected for the corresponding accounts.
